We offer flexible classes and are in tuned to our students. Most martial arts and self defense classes seem to focus their teaching around defensive tactics, such as how to yell, scream, punch and kick their aggressor. At JadeDragon we do NOT teach this way. We teach traditional Kung-fu techniques that train and strengthen your body both physically and mentally. Our classes encompass all the strategy and tactics you need to lead a peaceful, healthy and safe life



Classic Kung-Fu, Body Management, Self Defense, Proper Breathing Techniques, Building Confidence, Being Disciplined and Focused in all areas of your life.

You will learn:

  • All aspects of martial arts and how it can positively influence your everyday life
  • Training your entire body of how to handle situations
  • Training the brain and the entire body – to act as one
  • Reflex Reaction – Making sure the body is strong, the palms are strong, the feet are strong. The reflex reaction encompass the entire body
  • Self-defense techniques
  • 24/7 awareness of your surroundings
  • Techniques to alleviate tension in all situations
  • Receiving energy from people – through meditation

You will gain confidence and be confident. The more we learn, the less physical confrontation is used. It’s not just removal from an aggressor’s hold – it’s more than being reactive. It’s being in control at all times.


Classes are small:

  • Co-ed, adults and children

Class schedule is flexible:

  • Regarding your schedule – we will work around your schedule. Feel free to contact us and we will make it work for you.

Private or Group Classes Are Available:

  • 3.5  hours on Sunday afternoons.
  • 1 hour on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
